Accommodation Terms & Conditions

The following are subject to our General Terms & Conditions

Pets:
Whilst we are a pet friendly hotel, pets are not allowed in our Deluxe Rooms and Suite. Our pet friendly rooms do carry a £15.00 per pet per night supplement, payable direct to the hotel. Please keep your pet on a lead at all times both within the hotel and in the grounds.

Meals:
Please phone or email ahead to ensure your choice of mealtimes.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

GENERAL
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are fully refundable or transferable up until 48 hrs prior to your stay. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by 3 PM, 48 hours before check-in. Failure to cancel your booking within the cancellation period will result in a charge for your first night of accommodation and retention of your deposit. We are pleased to accept most Debit and Credit Cards.

VOUCHERS FOR ACCOMMODATION
Should you need to cancel a reservation made with a voucher, please do so by 3 PM, 4 weeks before check-in. Failure to cancel your booking within the cancellation period will result in the forfeiture of your voucher. Bookings less than four weeks but more than 48 hours from check-in may optionally reschedule their stay for a non-refundable £25 rebooking fee. You may reschedule your stay for dates up-to your voucher’s original expiry, subject to availability. Rescheduled stays may not include holiday and other package dates. To be eligible for rebooking, your new reservation dates must be confirmed no less then 48h prior to the check-in time your original stay.

Exceptions for the above may be made at the discretion of the General Manager, with the production of a valid medical certificate.

We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.

Check-in/out:
Rooms are available from 3 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is before 11 AM on your day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is available at a charge of £10 per hour, subject to availability.
