Sous Chef- £24k -£27k

We are looking for a flexible skilled chef Sous Chef.
As a sous chef, you will be required to work under the direction of the head
chef and possess following attributes.

  • To manage the kitchen operation on the head chef’s days off and holidays,
    demonstrating leadership and confidence
  • To assist in the development of catering at Dumbleton alongside the head
    chef
  •  Ability to train and motivate the team
  •  An ability to prioritise
  •  Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
  •  Passion and creative flair with a keen eye for detail

Chef de Partie- £19k – £20k

We require a Chef de Partie and with a certain level of experience,
exceptional standards, and flair for cooking to maintain the outstanding
reputation. The candidate should possess the following attributes.

– High degree of commitment and willingness to learn more and development
for future more senior roles

  • An ability to prioritise
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
  • Passion and creative flair with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to run section with confidence.
